Housing Stabilization Services help individuals who are at risk of losing housing, transitioning from homelessness, or facing major stability barriers. We provide the guidance needed to secure and maintain housing.

  • 18+ Years Old: Must be at least 18.
  • On Medical Assistance: Must be enrolled.
  • Disability/Condition: Must affect housing stability.
  • At Risk of Homelessness: Facing eviction or unstable housing.

No. Housing Stabilization Services are available to people with disabilities who are eligible for Medical Assistance (MA) and meet other eligibility criteria. You do not need a separate waiver to access these services.
